The Core Studio offers several different options to suit your preferred training style:
One to one sessions or paired/duet sessions.
ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
Sessions are designed to be a quality, customized workout with your instructor. We will create a unique program based on your individual strengths, needs and goals.
The one-on-one interaction between you and your instructor yields tremendous results, especially for the beginner client. Pilates equipment will be utilized to help improve core strength, flexibility and control. The Reformer, tower and TRX® equipment are amazing for private sessions.
£50 - per session (1 hour)

ONLINE CORE FUSION PROGRAMS
£70 - per 1 hour session (£35 per person)
£320 Block of 5 (£160 per person)

Core Fusion Programmes are structured, progressive Pilates and strength programmes designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and finally build consistency — without needing to attend weekly sessions or constantly start again.
Each programme is professionally designed by Jane and delivered online, so you can train in your own time, at your own pace, and in a way that fits real life.
These programmes are not individually tailored — and that’s exactly why they work.
Instead, each programme is built around a specific, clearly defined goal and follows a proven structure that has been refined through thousands of client journeys. The guesswork has already been removed. The progressions are done for you. The results are repeatable.
This is ideal if you’re tired of:
- jumping between workouts with no clear plan
- knowing what you should do but not how to make it stick
- feeling capable, but unsupported by structure
Core Fusion Programmes give you:

Optional online check-ins and coaching calls are available if you want extra accountability, reassurance, or help progressing — but the programme itself is designed to stand on its own.
