About Fit, Strong & Thriving 

Fit, Strong & Thriving is for women who want to feel good again.

Whether you have lost your routine, feel tired, want to improve your fitness, or need accountability, this programme gives you a simple, structured way to get back on track.

You will follow short, effective workouts designed for busy women, with clear guidance and new sessions every four weeks. Each phase includes options for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels, so you can train at a pace that feels right for you.

The programme fits around real life and helps you rebuild strength, fitness, energy and confidence without overwhelm.

Training Options

You can follow Fit, Strong & Thriving at home or in the gym.

Gym Training

Sessions can be completed using simple equipment:

• Dumbbells

• Cable machine (optional)

• Leg press (optional)

• Cardio machines

• Open floor space

Home Training (Minimum Equipment)

You can complete the full programme at home. Recommended equipment:

• Light to moderate dumbbells (3–6 kg)

• Moderate to heavier dumbbells (6–10 kg)

• Resistance band or loop band

• Mat

• Chair or step

• Optional: mini Pilates ball or cushion
